Welcome to DashSave ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the DashSave app ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DashSave is a simple savings goal tracker designed for personal use. You may use the App to track your savings, set goals, and optionally purchase a one-time Premium upgrade for $1.99 USD. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.
Premium is a one-time payment of $1.99 USD that unlocks additional features. There are no recurring subscriptions or fees. Once purchased, Premium is permanent for your account on that device.
The App displays ads provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information by these third parties as described in their privacy policies. For more details, see Google AdMob Privacy Policy.
DashSave does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. Any information collected automatically, including usage statistics and ad-related data, is used to improve the App and deliver relevant ads. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
All content, logos, graphics, and code in the App are the property of DashSave and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
DashSave is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. By using the App, you agree that DashSave is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from your use of the App.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
